Reishi Mushroom Powder

Our reishi mushroom powder is made from reishi grown on our farm in central Missouri which is dried and milled into a fluffy powder that works best as a tea.

Flavor

Reishi is naturally earthy, closer to dark coffee or cacao than to a culinary mushroom. Its mild tannic flavors work well in herbal tea.

How to use it

Suggested serving: ½ tsp per day, steeped in hot water or tea.

• Add to chai or other spiced tea
• Steep in bone broth or miso soup
• Blend into chocolate smoothies

Start with a large pinch.

Storage

Keep the jar or pouch tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon, since moisture causes clumping.
