Reishi Mushroom Powder

Our reishi mushroom powder is made from reishi grown on our farm in central Missouri. We harvest, dry, and mill every batch ourselves into a fine powder that stirs easily into hot drinks and broth.

Flavor

Reishi is naturally bitter and earthy, closer to dark coffee or cacao than to a culinary mushroom. A little goes a long way, and it's best in drinks with bold flavors of their own.

How to use it

• Stir into coffee, espresso drinks, or hot cocoa
• Add to chai or other spiced tea
• Whisk into bone broth or miso soup
• Blend into chocolate smoothies

How it's made

Grown, harvested, dried, and milled on our farm, then packed in glass jars, so we control every step from grow room to jar.

Storage

Keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon, since moisture causes clumping.
