Refund & Returns Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. Because much of what we grow is perishable and harvested to order, our policy depends on the type of product.
Fresh & perishable items
Fresh mushrooms, microgreens, and the 3 lb Mushroom Box are harvested to order and cannot be returned. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as described, email us at matt@blhfarm.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Shelf-stable items
Dried mushrooms, functional powders, mushroom sea salt, and bokashi kits & bran may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
