Mushrooms & Micros CSA

The best of the farm, every week — and 10% off for taking both. Each share brings you 1 pound of fresh, certified USDA Organic mushrooms plus 3 ounces of just-cut microgreens, all MOSA-certified and harvested to order on our farm in central Missouri.

Mushrooms — a rotating chef's selection, including:

• Blue & Italian oyster
• Shiitake
• Lion's mane
• Maitake
• Black pearl
• Chestnut

Microgreens — a seasonal rotation of radish, pea shoots, sunflower, broccoli/brassica, salad mix, cilantro, and lovage.

Choose your microgreens format:

• One 3 oz container, or
• Three 1 oz containers.

Bundle pricing — 10% off vs. the two shares separately. Sign up for a 12-week weekly share or a 6-delivery biweekly share — about three months of harvests.

How you get it: residential delivery in the Columbia area, or pickup at the Columbia Farmers Market on Saturdays. Available year-round.
