Microgreens CSA

Fresh-cut microgreens on your counter every week. Our Microgreens CSA brings you 3 ounces of just-harvested, certified USDA Organic microgreens (MOSA-certified), grown to order on our farm in central Missouri and cut the day they reach you.

A rotating pick of the season's best, including:

• Radish mix — peppery and bright
• Pea shoots — sweet and crisp
• Sunflower shoots — nutty and crunchy
• Broccoli / brassica mix — mild and tender
• Salad mix — an everyday all-rounder
• Cilantro — bold and herbaceous
• Lovage — savory, celery-like

Choose your format:

• One 3 oz container, or
• Three 1 oz containers — perfect for keeping varieties separate.

$11 a week. Sign up for a 12-week weekly share, or go every-other-week with a 6-delivery biweekly share — about three months of greens either way.

How you get it: residential delivery in the Columbia area, or pickup at the Columbia Farmers Market on Saturdays. Available year-round.
