Lion's Mane Mushroom Powder

Our lion's mane mushroom powder starts as whole lion's mane mushrooms grown on our farm in central Missouri. We harvest, dry, and mill every batch ourselves, then sift it for an ultra-smooth powder that stirs easily into coffee, smoothies, and broth.

Fruiting body only, never mycelium on grain

Many mushroom powders on the market are made from mycelium grown on grain, so a large share of what you're buying can be the grain it grew on. Ours is made from the fruiting body only: the actual mushroom, the same lion's mane we sell fresh to chefs and home cooks.

How it's grown and milled

• Grown: cultivated on our own farm, which also grows USDA Organic fresh mushrooms and microgreens.
• Harvested: picked by hand when the spines are fully formed.
• Dried and milled: dried, milled, and sifted on the farm, then packed in glass jars, so we control every step from grow room to jar.

How to use it

Keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon, since moisture causes clumping.

Only a little. Lion's mane is mild and slightly savory, and it's barely noticeable in coffee or a smoothie.

Is this made from fruiting bodies or mycelium?
Fruiting bodies only. We grow the mushrooms ourselves and mill them after drying.
