A small gift-size pouch of our Lion's Mane Hot Chocolate, enough for two cups. Rich Dutch-process cocoa, cane sugar, a pinch of sea salt, a gentle warmth from ancho chile and cayenne, and a teaspoon of lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus) grown, dried and milled on our farm in Fulton, Missouri, in every cup. Mild heat, not spicy-hot. A great stocking stuffer.

Make it: Whisk half the pouch into 8–10 oz hot milk or nut milk.

Ingredients: Dutch-process cocoa, cane sugar, lion's mane mushroom powder, sea salt, ancho chile, cayenne.

Net Wt. 2.1 oz (60 g), makes 2 cups, in a resealable kraft stand-up pouch.

Free shipping on orders over $35 (excludes the 3 lb mushroom box and grow blocks, which ship at carrier rates). Bokashi bin kits always ship free.

Shelf-stable pantry items (powders, dried mushrooms, sea salt, tea and cocoa) typically leave the farm in 1–2 business days. Bokashi kits and bran can also be picked up near Columbia. Fresh mushrooms and microgreens are harvested to order and ship Monday–Wednesday with cold packaging, or choose local delivery.

Unopened shelf-stable items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Fresh items arriving damaged? Email us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.
