A 1-lb selection of fresh, local, sustainably produced mushrooms delivered to your door weekly or every two weeks over three months. We will rotate your csa subscription through the varieties we grow or you can request a particular variety. We currently grow several kinds of oyster mushrooms, lion’s mane, king trumpet, shiitake, and golden enoki.

We are fortunate to live in Missouri, where we can source our growing medium locally. We use regionally produced sawdust enriched with organic wheat bran from Illinois and other mushroom food as the growing medium for our mushrooms. Once the mushrooms have eaten all they can from this mix, we feed the rest to our hungry worms and use the vermicast on our flower beds.
