Organic Mushrooms & Microgreens

We are a family-owned, certified USDA Organic mushroom and microgreen farm focusing on growing superb culinary mushrooms and microgreens indoors year-round in central Missouri. We also grow cut flowers seasonally. We are committed to regenerative agriculture and, along with using zero chemical inputs, not tilling our farm soil and growing cover crops, we use our spent growing medium as compost and mulch at the farm.

Mushrooms

We are certified USDA Organic and have a current USDA M-GAP audit. Our varieties include several types of oyster mushrooms, maitake, shiitake, pioppino, and golden enoki.

We grow a wide (and increasing) variety of micros including radish, broccoli, sunflower, pea, cilantro, beets, and more.
