Organic Mushrooms & Microgreens

A mushroom and microgreen farm growing culinary mushrooms and microgreens year-round in central Missouri. We are committed to regenerative agriculture and, along with using zero chemical inputs, not tilling our farm soil and growing cover crops, we use our spent growing medium as compost and mulch for our field crops: seasonal cut flowers & greens.

Mushrooms

We are certified USDA Organic and have a current USDA M-GAP audit. Our varieties include several types of oyster mushrooms, trumpets, maitake, shiitake, pioppino, and golden enoki. We produce and sell vigorous spawn for all varieties, reach out to discuss subscriptions.

We grow a wide variety of micros including radish, broccoli, sunflower, pea, cilantro, wasabi mustard, fennel, and more.
